The rules for European Pathway (USD 399 per month): what it is, individual consultations (section 1A), monthly billing, the first-payment credit, renewal, cancellation and failed payments.
1. The service
European Pathway is an ongoing, advisory football career-management service, offered after a Pathway Assessment. It is designed as a 6-month European career pathway and is paid monthly. The monthly plan follows the player’s assessment, includes individual consultations with a FIFA Licensed Football Agent as set out in section 1A, and may also include career strategy, match analysis, profile positioning, European market guidance, transfer-window planning, opportunity vetting and:
Review of professional football contracts and football-related documents within the scope of the service, with local counsel involved where jurisdiction-specific advice is required.
European Pathway is not football-agent representation and does not involve contacting clubs on the player’s behalf (see Terms & Conditions, section 4).
1A. Individual consultations
1A.1 Minimum commitment. For each monthly billing period that has been paid, European Pathway includes a minimum of two (2) individual consultations. Each consultation lasts thirty (30) minutes. This minimum is a binding part of the service; we may offer additional consultations at our discretion.
1A.2 Who conducts the consultations. Each consultation is conducted by a person who holds a valid FIFA Football Agent licence under the FIFA Football Agent Regulations and who has been appointed by Concordia Soccer for that purpose. We decide which licensed agent conducts a consultation. No particular individual — including Marks Amosejevs — is guaranteed to conduct any or all consultations.
1A.3 Format and participants. Consultations take place by video call or by telephone. For a player under 18, the participation of a parent or legal guardian is required: subject to applicable FIFA requirements and child safeguarding rules, the parent or guardian either attends, or gives advance written consent for the consultation to proceed and receives a written summary afterwards. A guardian’s consent is not a substitute for any mandatory legal requirement: where FIFA rules, child safeguarding rules or other applicable law require a parent or guardian to be present, or impose any other condition, that requirement applies and the consultation proceeds only once it is met. Parents and guardians of adult players may attend if the player wishes.
1A.4 Scheduling. Consultations are arranged in advance by agreement, through our booking link or by email. We offer a reasonable choice of dates and times within each billing period and take into account the player’s time zone and training and match commitments where reasonably possible.
1A.5 Rescheduling by you. You may reschedule a booked consultation without penalty by telling us at least 24 hours before its start time. We will then offer a new time, within the same billing period where possible.
1A.6 Late cancellation and non-attendance. A consultation that you cancel less than 24 hours before its start time, or that you do not attend, may count as a consultation provided. It will not count, and we will rebook it, if the late cancellation or non-attendance was caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control — for example illness, injury, a national-team call-up or a fixture change — and you told us as soon as reasonably possible.
1A.7 Rescheduling by us. If we need to move a consultation, we will tell you as early as possible and offer a new time, within the same billing period where possible. A consultation moved by us still counts towards the minimum only once it has taken place.
1A.8 If we do not provide the minimum. If, for reasons attributable to us, fewer than two consultations take place in a billing period, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy: at your choice, replacement consultations within the following billing period at no extra cost, or a proportionate refund of the fee for that billing period. If the subscription ends before replacement consultations can take place, we refund proportionately. This is without prejudice to any other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
1A.9 Unbooked consultations. Consultations that we offered within a billing period but that you did not book do not carry over to later periods and do not reduce the monthly fee.
1A.10 Cancellation and withdrawal. The minimum applies to every billing period that you have paid, including the final period after you cancel (section 5). If you withdraw under section 6, consultations already provided are taken into account in the proportionate amount payable.
1A.11 Nature of the consultations. Consultations are advisory career-guidance services. They do not constitute football-agent representation, do not create a representation relationship and do not guarantee any trial, transfer, contract, club interest or other sporting outcome (Terms & Conditions, sections 4 and 5).
2. Price and billing
USD 399 per month, charged in advance each month to the payment method you provide, through Stripe. There is no six-month upfront payment. Taxes are as set out in the Terms & Conditions, section 9.
3. First payment with the assessment credit
If you continue into the European Pathway after your assessment, $150 of your Pathway Assessment fee is credited toward your first monthly Pathway payment.
First Pathway payment: $399 less the $150 assessment credit = $249. Then $399/month.
The credit can be used once, within 90 calendar days after your consultation has taken place, only for the European Pathway of the same player whose assessment was paid. It is a credit, not cash: it is not a refund and can’t be paid out, withdrawn or transferred.
4. Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every month at USD 399 until you cancel. The 6-month shape is a recommended pathway, not a minimum term: you are not required to stay for six months. After six months it continues monthly on the same terms until cancelled. Before your first payment you confirm this recurring charge at checkout; we email a confirmation of the subscription and its terms.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel online from your status page (“Manage subscription”) or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month already paid; you keep the service until then and no further payments are taken. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, payments for a month that has started are not refunded. Your statutory right of withdrawal (section 6) is not affected.
6. Statutory withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription contract. If you asked us to start within that period and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the service provided until you told us. See the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
7. Failed payments
If a monthly payment fails, we and Stripe will notify you and retry. If payment is not made within a reasonable time after the reminders, we may pause the service and then end the subscription. Ending the subscription for non-payment does not remove amounts already due.
8. Ending by us
We may end the subscription with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious breach (for example abusive behaviour or providing false information). If we end it without fault on your side, we refund any amount paid for the period after the end date.
If the player enters a football-agent representation agreement with Concordia Sports Agency, European Pathway ends on the date that agreement starts; the subscription is cancelled and any amount paid for the period after that date is refunded.
9. Price changes
We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect for an existing subscription. You can cancel before the change applies.
