Who it’s for
Players aged 16 and over who are serious about professional football — college players nearing the end of eligibility, semi-professional players and players with a second passport. Under 18, a parent or guardian applies with the player. A full match helps, but isn’t required to apply.

We’re happy to give guidance. The Pathway Assessment itself starts at 16.
Timing & refunds
- We aim to complete the Pathway Assessment within 7 days after payment and receipt of the information and materials reasonably required to conduct the assessment. If additional information or materials are reasonably required, the assessment period will begin once those materials have been received and the submitted materials are sufficient for the assessment to proceed.
- If you continue into the European Pathway after your assessment, $150 of your Pathway Assessment fee is credited toward your first monthly Pathway payment.
- Except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law, the Pathway Assessment fee is non-refundable once paid. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

What will I have after the assessment?
A clear, realistic picture of your level and your best European options, a written assessment prepared for you, and a plan for the next steps — explained on a call of up to 60 minutes.
Will you contact clubs for me?
Not as part of European Pathway. Club contact on a player’s behalf happens only under formal representation by Concordia Sports Agency, which is separate and selective.
What if you tell me I’m not ready?
Then you’ll know why, what to work on, and what a realistic next step looks like. That answer is part of what you pay for.
Does buying European Pathway make representation more likely?
No. Representation can’t be bought, and no Pathway service changes a player’s right, entitlement or chance of being represented.
My child is under 18. How does this work?
A parent or guardian applies, pays and is welcome on every call. Under-16s receive guidance only — no assessment is sold.
Is European Pathway paid monthly?
Yes — $399 per month. It’s designed as a 6-month European career pathway, paid monthly, so you never pay the six months upfront. There is no minimum term: you can cancel online, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
