Who your child will speak to.

A professional team working inside European football, led by FIFA Licensed Football Agent Marks Amosejevs.

  • Marks Amosejevs

    Co-Founder & CEO

    FIFA Licensed Football Agent

Leads European Pathway and oversees its football assessment framework, bringing direct experience from the European football market into the career strategy of each player.

Marks works with players across senior and youth international football, helping them assess their level, understand realistic markets and make better career decisions. His work combines player representation, career planning and first-hand knowledge of how clubs and football markets operate across Europe.

  • Filipp Sviridenko

    Co-Founder & COO

    European Pathway

Filipp is building the service behind European Pathway, bringing professional football career thinking to players beyond a traditional agency roster.

Chairman of the Latvian Professional Footballers Association and a legal professional with more than 20 years of experience, he also brings a background in banking and finance. As a father of two, with his elder son involved in judo, Filipp understands first-hand the decisions parents face when supporting a young athlete with international ambitions.

  • Valerija Sevcenko

    Client Assistant Manager

    European Pathway

Valerija supports the Concordia team and European Pathway with day-to-day client coordination, helping players and families navigate the practical side of their journey and ensuring they receive attentive, personal support throughout the process.

With experience in client and concierge service, she brings a strong understanding of individual client needs. As the wife of a former national-team hockey player, Valerija also knows professional sport from the family side and understands the practical concerns players and their families can face.

Parents are part of it — not copied in afterwards.

  • Pathway Assessments start at age 16. For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian applies with the player, consents, pays and is our main contact.
  • We copy the parent or guardian on every email and welcome them on every call.
  • International moves for under-18s are tightly restricted by FIFA’s rules. We explain what that means for your child before anything else.
  • How we work with minors · Privacy
Can I be involved?

Yes. For players under 18 the parent or guardian applies with them, is our main contact, pays, and is copied on every email. You’re welcome on every call — for older players too, if they want you there.

Is this legitimate?

Concordia Soccer · European Pathway is a project of Concordia Sports Agency SIA, a registered Latvian company. The work is led by Marks Amosejevs, a FIFA Licensed Football Agent (licence 202406-7079) authorised to represent minors.

Do you contact clubs about my child?

No. The Pathway Assessment and European Pathway are advisory. Any football-agent representation would be a separate, written agreement under FIFA’s rules — it is never bought with a Pathway service.

What does it cost?

Applying is free. If accepted, the Pathway Assessment is $249, paid once. European Pathway, if it makes sense afterwards, is $399/month — designed as a 6-month pathway, paid monthly.
