How we work with minors

Last updated 16 October 2026 · Concordia Sports Agency SIA

Our safeguards for players under 18 and the role of parents and guardians.

1. Minimum age

We offer Pathway Assessments to players aged 16 and over. At younger ages, development, minutes and enjoyment matter most.

2. Parents and legal guardians

  • For players aged 16–17, a parent or legal guardian applies with the player and confirms consent.
  • The parent or guardian is the contracting party for any paid service and makes the payment.
  • We copy the parent or guardian on our emails and welcome them on every call.
  • We don’t ask a minor to make commitments or decisions without their parent or guardian.

3. Data

We collect only what is needed for the football assessment. Injury information is optional and needs explicit consent, given by the parent or guardian for a minor. See the Privacy Policy.

4. FIFA rules on minors

International transfers of players under 18 are prohibited by FIFA’s Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players except in limited cases. We explain what this means for the player before discussing any move abroad. Marks Amosejevs is a FIFA Licensed Football Agent authorised to represent minors; football-agent representation of a minor would only ever be under a separate written agreement signed by the legal guardian(s), in line with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations — and is never part of the Pathway services.

5. Raising a concern

If you have a safeguarding concern about how anyone connected with our services treats a young player, email mail@concordia.football (subject “Safeguarding”). We take every concern seriously and, where appropriate, refer it to the relevant authorities.
